Moving to Arlington to be closer to my job, I found The Hub and immediately felt welcomed. I had the pleasure of working with Katie A., who was an outstanding leasing agent. She showed me both an apartment and a studio and guided me through the application process for each option. Katie's positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. She truly made me feel like I had found my new home. Katie is a valuable asset to the team and definitely deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. I can't wait to move in once everything is finalized!
