The layout options for 1 bedroom are really nice to have. Most places only offer 2 or 3. Austin really sealed the deal for me. I'm realistic about Apartment living but in general iffy about all new builds. I had tons of questions about the layout/amenities/costs and he patiently walked me through it all. He also has kind energy that doesn't make you feel like you're a bother when you pop by the office. Definitely makes the vibe easier when you're new. Debbie lane being under construction is a con but it's a city flaw that won't last forever. Parking is like any Apartments these days, paid parking was best for me since I want to park in the same spot every day. My neighbors are quiet and if they have kids I've never heard them.

Wonderful community! The property is always very clean and in a great location. Amanda and her team- Diana and Austin are professional, friendly, and always available to help with anything you need. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable, quick to respond, and truly cares about the residents. You can tell this community is well managed. The amenities are clean and beautiful! Highly recommend!”

Great quality apartments with well-maintained units and attention to detail. The finishes feel modern, everything is kept clean, and the overall property is well taken care of. The staff is also amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help when needed ( Austin ) who helped me was overall super professional and made it very easy for me and answered all my questions . Overall, a comfortable place to live with a great atmosphere.

I have lived here for a year now, and I’m happy to say that I’ve renewed my lease because I truly enjoy living at The Gin Mill. The experience has been wonderful, and the leasing office team—Diana, Amanda, and Austin—are such great people. They are always helpful, kind, and professional. I look forward to another year here!

I had a great experience getting approved here! The process was quick, simple, and well explained. The staff was very helpful and made sure I understood everything needed. I received my approval faster than expected and felt confident moving forward, Austin made sure things where taken care of, he even stayed late to make sure we had what we needed and made sure we felt at home. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
