The Dawson on 360

This has been the most easiest and professional move in I’ve ever experienced! The leasing managers are so professional and helped me step by step and made my process so much better. They communicate and when ever I asked questions they gladly helped me navigate. My unit was ready when they stated with a beautiful welcome home package. Love it💜💜💜

The apartment itself is beautiful and we’re excited to be here. The staff has been amazing as well by answering all questions and attending to our needs. However, being notified about disturbing others while actively moving in was surprising. We understand the importance of being respectful neighbors and trust that a little grace during move-in is equally appreciated. But we’re looking forward to settling in and becoming great neighbors.

So far, I love it here!! The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. I love the quiet environment. I had one incident with a neighbor playing loud music all night long, but hopefully that won’t happen again.

Chasity and Stephine were so nice and accommodating during my visit. They made sure all of my needs were met and had no problem showing me multiple floor plans until I found the right fit. They were extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable.
