We went to this office and they helped us with all the information throughout the process. Ms. Loredo was very kind and assisted me in my language, ( spanish) which made me feel very comfortable. I was truly pleased and happy to be part of this property.

I love this apartment complex!! They regularly go above and beyond! I recently moved from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom and I get my prescriptions delivered. I forgot to change my address so they delivered my prescription to my old apartment. When I got home from work my prescription was on the doorstep of my new apartment!

I lived here for 3 years but moved out last month. Rented here because they were cheap and had openings. I stayed because they started renovations and said they were addressing the problems. They have a severe roach problem in several but not all apts. If you complain about it they gaslight and blame it on you. The office manager Inga talks down to residents. The property manager Brittany acts nice but lies and just tells you what you want to hear. I have never met a Liz or Elizabeth and lived right by the pool and office and contacted the office many times. No one named Liz works there. I can say they do keep the grounds mostly clean and maintenance responds to requests quickly. Also they got all new washers and dryers a few months ago so that's nice. The previous ones were disgusting and were not cleaned for the entire time I lived there though. Worst rental experience of my life. Do not recommend.
