The Ballpark Apartments

This place is extraordinary unique and maintains a high level of luxury. I am so gald i made the decision to rent an apartment here. The staff, especially Karina, Nick and Gladys are superb.

Such a wonderful place to live. It has everything you could possibly want in a place to call home. Scott is great and really cares about everyone feeling welcome and their concerns being addressed. Alicia V helped me every step of the way from my tour to my move in. She was so caring and such a positive influence in this big decision. Missy B answered all my questions without hesitation. Safety was also a big concern for me in making my decision of where to call home and she sure did alleviate any qualms I had about moving to such a different environment. A great decision with no regrets!

The One Rangers Way is the best apartment in Arlington. I am new here and have explored almost all the luxury apartments in the city, and found that One Rangers Way is the best. The property service is good, and the staff are all nice and supportive. They're quite efficient with any of our requests. All the amenities in the apartment are excellent. All of my friends visit me here and are impressed by the great facilities, including the front desk, mail room, package room, bar, balcony, and pool.

This property is amazing. Obviously nestled between two stadiums, and in the heart of Texas Live. They have ample parking, especially for those of y’all who drive EVs. Great news. There are a ton of chargers and it is secure. I was concerned that the parking would be an issue given that there are many people looking for a free parking the lobby secure. There’s a concierge member on staff. There are many meeting places that aesthetics of the building from lobby to rooftop are exquisite the entertainment area is next level and top-notch as someone who works a lot from home. I would be able to host a lot of meetings and events on this property without having to allow anyone in my personal home which I love. I do think that the units might be slightly overpriced, but I suppose that for the amenities that are included, it would subsidize other cost in my monthly budget. The gym is amazing. They have next level equipment, including peloton free weights, a water station clean towels there’s a lot of green space around the building for those pet owners who need areas for their dogs to play One of the things that surprise me is how quiet the building actually is even when there are two games simultaneously taking place at both stadiums surprisingly enough. Also, the traffic to get in and out of the building wasn’t terrible. Overall, I absolutely love the concept, and this would warrant me thinking about moving to Arlington.

Wozer! One Rangers Way is stunning! We moved into our place in January a little hesitant because yes the building is still being built out, but we are SO glad we did. We love it here and as things come online it just gets better and better. We are HUGE Texas Rangers fans and we love all the little touches here. Also being down the street from our team and across the street from what I still call the ballpark is just awesome!! Scott and his team are working day and night making our building become a home. The pictures you see online are true to form. We were moving from out of state back to Texas and the whole process was amazing and simple. The apartment is awesome and quiet with great attention to detail and design. The water pressure is strong and I absolutely love the shower! Tons of storage space and the views of Mark Holtz lake are awesome when the sun says good night. Even our pup loves it here as he has big windows to watch all the action! If you are looking for a place to calm home this is it. Get over here and join us!!
