The property changed Management company in Oct and the new admin let go of all their employees including the lady that would clean the laundry room and gym. this is just pics of he laundry room and how dirty it is now. Maintenance takes forever to fix something when it used to not be like that. Our utilizes have tripled and they have no explanation as to why just tell us to call corporate which never returns a call.

Phay was so helpful and nice I came past their closing time caught her locking up . I wanted to tour an apartment and she was willing to show me an apartment. Unit was nice and price was great . Bringing my wife so she can look and we will definitely be applying. Thanks Phay !

I have no issues with my aunts apartment whatsoever and neither does she but we do have an issue with formal management. My family is private and we pay rent like anyone else does I come visit her property everyday and it’s never been an issue until whatever trainee stepped up to me. I should not have to be bothered with explaining to you mine or anyone else’s living situation when I just needed a place to sit. The Adler, please find new management or we can definitely have a conversation about my aunts leasing arrangements and any issues about the incompetence I was experiencing.
