Since moving into my unit, there were a few things that needed to be resolved , and I want to sincerely commend the front office staff, Ginnie and Hazel, for ensuring everything was handled and resolved in a timely manner. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care did not go unnoticed. The maintenance team, Roberto, Bernardo, and Salvador, have been exceptional. Each maintenance request was handled with professionalism, proficiency, and respect. Their dedication to doing the job right truly makes a difference. I would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff for the birthday card I received in December. I had recently lost my dad, and while the gesture may seem small to some, it meant so much to me during a very difficult time. That kindness spoke volumes and reminded me that compassion still exists. I am truly grateful for the entire staff and maintenance team, and I am pleased to call this place home.

The staff working here is amazing 5/5 stars. The apartment I received is very clean and well maintained 5/5 stars. BUT!!!The tow company that comes here are terrible 0/5 stars. These tow truck drivers are scavengers and terrible people just waiting to tow your vehicle away the second you leave it unattended. I had a friend come visit from far, and as soon as she got settled in, I had her fill out the app for a visitor parking spot (exactly 1 hour from arriving.) In that time the tow truck driver took the vehicle within that time, and I had to pay $330 (even though I register the vehicle after 1 hour of arriving.) Everything is great about these apartments but the tow truck company associated with these apartments are thieves taking advantage of people visiting here. But other than that the apartments here are great, just watch out with the tow truck drivers scavenging the parking lots.

I usually never write reviews, but I felt like sharing my experience might help both the office and future tenants. I’m a single working mom and this property is really close to my job, which is why I was interested. I currently have a long commute, so I called a few hours ahead and spoke with Jose to see if I could tour the renovated units. He said yes and that he had availability. I showed up about 25 minutes early, and Jose said he was ready to show me around. The first unit he showed me was honestly pretty shocking. He did mention it still needed “a little work,” but in my opinion, it needed a lot more than that. The first thing I noticed was dead roaches on the floor. The apartment itself was spacious, but it looked nothing like the renovated units shown online. I mentioned that to Jose, but it kind of got brushed off. I understand this is an older property and not a luxury complex, but if you know someone is coming for a tour, the unit should at least be cleaned up and presentable. The second unit wasn’t as bad, but it was still clear that work was needed. It also had a strong chemical smell, like it had recently been bombed for bugs and then kept closed. I wasn’t expecting anything fancy — just a normal, clean apartment within my budget. I had read reviews about bugs and other issues, but I still wanted to see the place for myself. $1,500 for a two-bedroom is very affordable in today’s economy, but personally, I’m not willing to deal with roaches, especially with a two-year-old. I’d rather pay more for a clean place and peace of mind

I am leaving this review to spread awareness as someone who recently moved out but I come here to visit my mom because my mom is a current resident. For starters the management in the office is so disrespectful and is SO RUDE!! I walked to the gym today passing an office manager and she rolled her eyes and mugged me while leaving to give a tour. Her name was Hazel. This isn't the first time she has been rude to me and I’m sure once she rents out the unit she wants to put you in she will do the same to you. My mother went in for a concern about her front door (ill insert pictures) she put in a request to have the front door fixed because the front door has 3 locks and only one locks, you can see outside under the door and the door literally has to be shoved in to open it upon entry. Maintenance came and they literally did nothing to fix the door they just put a seal on it which did nothing as far as seeing light under the door where bugs and rain water still seep into the apartment. My mom is also in the middle of an eviction because she was late on rent but recently tried to pay it and they tried to charge her for next months rent while in the previous month that we still owed on. The pest in this apartments in general is overall disgusting and very disturbing because my young children do come and visit their grandmother so I do try to keep the bugs out for my mom because she does work alot. She also submitted a request to get the tub repainted and this was the tub after 2 days after maintenance “fixed” the issue.

I took a tour today. Ariana was very nice and showed me around. The apartment was clean and cozy. The gym and pool looked spotless and very accommodating. I’m excited to move in and will update this review w my experience. Update: Management is not professional in regards to communication whatsoever. They force you to pay $30 a month for a carport that you aren’t allowed to even use unless you have a registered vehicle to it. All other vehicles get towed and they make you sign a release form for this. There was a roach in my bedroom the first night, haven’t seen anything since. No one told me when my first month of rent was due and I got a loud knock on my door and the locks got unlocked and locked again before an eviction notice was placed on my door?? I had to catch the property manager before she walked back downstairs to get my questions answered finally. I was told I needed to grab a money order that night. The dog park has fleas. The playground is nice. The laundry room is not well maintained. The water pressure is excellent. Update 5/12/25: The pool is currently locked for unknown reasons. Also, there’s roaches in our building bc they don’t enforce a trash take out rule so ppl just leave theirs outside the door. If we happen to leave crumbs on a plate the roaches will sniff them out and invade our space. We love to utilize the amenities like the pool table in the welcome center, the gym and the pool (when it’s open??). The gym room has a variety of weights, kettle bells, medicine balls and machines to support a healthy workout and is well maintained. Water pressure is still ace, hot water goes out on the bathroom sink sometimes. Water temp can get v hot when it does get hot. Water is added to your rent bill, no one explained that to me. That’s all for now.
