Stadium West Apartments

WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!! our ac unit always breaks, they LIE about sending maintence people out,they also gaslight, they told us our ac unit is broken because we put it on “on” instead of “auto” when we know to leave it on auto…. Last time the maintenance man came he lied and said it was on when I know for a huge FACT that it’s never on. I was supposed to get it fixed today they never came, we’ve been BEGGING them to come fix our ac unit it’s spring so it’s only getting hotter, the apartment is on 82 degree I haven’t been able to get any sleep because I’m always sweating it’s truly a nightmare, we always get roaches often I can’t wait till we leave this is ridiculous, don’t let those reviews fool you this is truly a nightmare, but since they lied about sending somebody out which they always do, THEY WILL GET DEALT WITH TOMORROW they also never fixed out dish washer we’ve been here for years….

Eye catching, Clean and Very Homey looking, nice Landscaping, quiet Little Community, my only issue was that the units looked kinda on the small side judging from how small the patio/balcony are that was the deal breaker for me . Be Nice and Cute tho 😍

very bad maintenance if something breaks down in your apartment you have to wait more than a month for them to come and fix it, right now I have been waiting for 2 months for them to fix the sink.
