Very professional staff! Kind, considerate, compassionate... just overall nice! Property well kept. Neighbors are very welcoming too!!

We applied and first told I didn’t make enough for 3 beds so added 2 income than waited 2 weeks just to get told we make so much like why couldn’t they just told us that within the moment they got the application from the other coapplicants or in the beginning before starting anything wasted out time after knowing out situation really disappointed

Was told that we was accepted and was told the apartment number payed the deposit then when it was the week to move came by the office to ask others question .then was screamed by Kim to my wife with bad nasty attitude to delete what we was told like if they was Matt hardy and that the apartment was not for us . Bad communication here ur payment would get lost here

Office staff are all exceptionally nice. The apartment complex community gives back each month, they feed kids/tenants/homeless in the office every evening, they have afterschool activities with kids in office and so much more! The office mgr is welcoming, sweet and caring! The apartments are quiet/clean/nice/updated. Great location as well. 4/2025

Office staff is friendly and prompt with returning calls/gathering resources to help guests. They gave me lots of help with my many check in’s and questions during the approval and move in process. Maintenance requests are always taken care of quickly and efficiently been here 6 months and they have consistently handled things this way. Best complex I’ve been in since moving to DFW
