Pecan Place Apartments

I enjoy living here at Pecan Square apartments, it's clean , manager and staff is friendly helpful and they I would refer anyone to experience living here , its very quiet here.

This apartment complex is very quiet and safe. I have been here since April and noticed the owner of the property is very proactive in maintaining the overall condition of everything. The management of this property is prompt in assessing any issues; contacting professionals to rectify any problems. My air conditioning unit was having problems and the very next day, the unit was replaced! I appreciate the immediate response with a sense of urgency. From groundskeeping, pool maintenance, or apartment maintenance, this place is well cared for. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place that offers peace of mind, knowing the owner and management care about the residents and property. It’s not just an apartment; it’s home!

Good place. Quiet environment. Very clean. And the Manager Ms Debra she is a very wonderful person. Very efficient people. I love this community. I am so glad that I part of this community.

Management is so nice and always willing to help with any issues. Apartments are really calm and kept clean. My husband and I have loved our stay here. We’re are going on 2 years. Real nice little complex!

I lived here for a year. I just moved out in May. I loved living here. It's a nice quiet tucked away little complex. I felt very at home and safe. Monkie is an awesome apartment manager! Maintainance was very quick to fix things the times I requested. I very much enjoyed living here!
