Parkwood Apartments

Devin is so wonderful! The community is small and I really like that. I had to rent an apartment pretty quickly and she has several accommodations for me. There were few things that needed remedied but Devin make sure to take care of those things immediately! I love my little apartment and am excited to be staying here.

Been living here for almost a year, and it has been a very pleasant experience. The grounds are well kept, and the management is top notch! Especially Devin! You couldn’t ask for a better manager. Very attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Couldn’t ask for a better experience at my home.

Ernest is an amazing Maintenance Man! I have lived here nearly 4 years and am disabled. He has always answered all my maintenance requests immediately and came up with a plan to fix every request immediately. Even when parts needed to be ordered he resolved to find solutions, including ordering me handicap versions of accomodations for my bathroom! He always treats me with respect and dignity and makes community life enjoyable!

I have been ecstatic with my whole experience living at my apartment for 3-years now. The people that live out here are very friendly and the support from the property manager and staff are really helpful and great! I will definitely recommend anyone to live here!! 10/10 in my book!! 👏🏾👏🏾

I leave at this apartment complex great price great management great experience all around. The Manger Devin is amazing. everyone at the complex stays to them serves very quiet. totally recommend. It's very peaceful as well.
