Just moved in! This is an affordable apartment complex that is currently under renovation. My experience at Parkside of Arlington Apartments complex has been pleasant. It is a great location near UTA, fast food restaurants and retail shopping centers. The services include management, maintenance and amenities that are accommodating, knowledgeable and efficient, which create a comfortable living environment. The units are spacious, which allows you to fix a king -size bed comfortably, a 9 foot sofa and a large dining room table that sits 6 people. It also has an online rent portal which allows you to receive credit for paying your rent on time at all the of the major credit bureaus like: TransUnion, Experian and Equifax. Pet friendly and a Christian community that has a weekly service on Sunday service on location. Security walk the grounds daily and the complex is currently in progress of adding a gate at the point of entrance. There is assigned parking which includes a fee of $25 per month. Overall the complex is a working progress that is currently renovating the interior and exterior of all units. Phyllis

I recently moved in and the leasing office has been very helpful. The process was smooth, maintenance has been responsive, and the location is convenient. Overall a good experience so far.

The leasing agent Annjeanette does amazing job and the ladies help me with any questions that I have I enjoy living here and the new management is doing a great job

I really like this apartment because it feels comfortable and welcoming. I can see myself living here and truly making it my home. The space fits my needs well, and the location makes everyday life easier.
