Love the community feeling of this place. It is home not just an apartment. And zero maintenance means I don't have to climb onto chairs to replace a burned out light bulb. Everything is taken care of.

I’m in absolute belief I put my groceries on the couch to just to have someone steel my things and they tell me the cameras do not work. A 55+ apartments with no cameras is absolutely ridiculous.

As a business owner in the moving industry, I have visited this Senior Living facility on several occasions, and I have consistently observed the friendly staff and the overall positive atmosphere. Notably, there is a woman who moved to the facility approximately eight years ago and still expresses her contentment with her current living situation. This anecdote alone is sufficient to convince me that this facility is an excellent choice for those seeking a suitable living environment for their loved ones, particularly those who are senior and still active. The facility actively engages in providing various activities and programs to cater to the needs of its residents.

Choosing to live @ the Overture Highlands is one of the best decisions that I have made. The staff are all very professional & concerned regarding the needs of the residents. Dominque Armstrong, our new Community Manager, is very friendly, goes out of her way to do special things for each resident & has an open-door policy should anyone need to meet with her. Autumn Matthews, our new Lifestyle Coordinator, is doing an amazing job with Mix & Mingle & offering movies on Friday. KHargis Fitness offers scheduled exercise classes & personal training. The environment is clean & inviting with lots of amenities. Our maintenance staff work tirelessly to keep our building in tiptop condition. The opportunity to make friends & share experiences has turned my retirement into a blessing.
