Mission at Johnson Creek

We have lived here a year, and just signed an 18 month lease. My rent was not raised! Our townhouse is adorable, with lot's of amenities.The property is very clean and beautifully landscaped. The 4 star rating is because of a pretty serious drainage problem in the back yards. Other than that neighbor's are nice and we have an excellent Manager in Heather. She is running the office alone and she is very busy, but still finds time have pizza and treats for holidays. The rent is on the high end and worth it. Come take a look-

Nice units, but THIS PLACE SUCKS. My wife and I were residents for 1.5 years. No one works in the office, no one answers the phone or responds to emails. They appear to hire temp office staff during peak rental season, but good luck getting in contact with anyone at all as a resident or potential renter. They agreed to give us a final statement along with a deposit refund following our move-out last year. We haven't been able to reach them since then - we went in person several times, we called, emailed. Nothing. The maintenance crew is very nice though...

I was so excited to finally have time to check this property out. It seems just what we need and I wanted to learn more about it. First I go with my kid and the doors are locked but someone was there. So there’s a QR code to scan to book an appointment. I do that. And here I am 10 minutes past waiting with no one here. Why even have the schedule if you aren’t going to be here? Makes me feel like they monitor who they will even let live here or something. No one seems to be here and I’ve wasted my time. I’m really disappointed. Feels a LITTLE like discrimination. 👀

I toured with Madison and these homes are beautiful!! The pool is gorgeous and I love the gas range stove! Can’t wait to live here!
