These aren’t the units want to stay in if you want to live comfortably even if you’re a college student. Since day one there has been issues with my apartment, whether it’s the hot water or the A/C or how careless and dirty it is here. I have complained about my unit several times and there only solution is moving to unit that may be worse and I have to pay a fee for that as well. I complained about things not working and I either have to deal with it or wait until it gets fixed (unusually a week or month later). The A/C was my biggest issue, the temperature would rise to 80° some days while it’s 70-90° degrees outside already making it insufferable to live there. If you want to live comfortably live somewhere else. Also there is an issue about pets being on property but I’ve seen multiple people walk the dog and I’ve seen people with cats as well. So when I almost got fined for having mine I was confused because I didn’t see it in the lease and I’ve seen multiple people with pets.
