I have been a resident here since Nov 2024 and me and children love living here. The office staff and maintenance staff are always friendly and helpful! I love how they keep the property clean and safe! I have not had any issues or problems since moving in.

I feel comfortable , safe and happy . the Apartments clean modern quiet spacious . the management friendly , quick with maintenance .I believe the staff Sabove and beyond whenever I need assistance . I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live . Special thx to Ms Shea and Ms Alyssa

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here has been beyond unacceptable. The management and staff at this apartment complex are unprofessional, unresponsive, and at times, downright disrespectful. Maintenance requests are ignored or delayed for weeks, and trying to get any real help from the office feels like pulling teeth. Even worse, there's a pattern of harassment from staff or unchecked neighbors—that management refuses to properly address. Instead of support, you’re met with attitude or complete disregard for your concerns. It’s clear that residents’ well-being is not a priority here. Living here has been more stressful than it’s worth. I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to look elsewhere. You deserve better.

I applied on December 12/29/24, and completed the moving-in application on 2/7/2025. I can't wait to see something besides my application process being on hold. I'm praying 🙏 I get approved. I am a single mother of two boys. Hoping to hear from you guys by next month. I need this, and I hope to live there until I expire.

I recently moved to the Matlock Flats apartment complex, and I absolutely love it here! The application process took some time, but I truly appreciate the help, guidance, and patience of Ms. Sophia. She was very professional throughout the entire process. I’m also incredibly thankful for Ms. Shae, who took the time to explain everything clearly, and Ms. Garcia, who was also so kind and professional. I felt well-supported by the team at every step.
