Brandon and Tyler came out to fix my water nozzle and also installed a fan and an ice maker for us. They were extremely helpful, professional, and easy to work with. Both of them were very friendly and took the time to answer all the questions we had without rushing us. You can tell they take pride in their work, they were efficient, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s always great to have technicians who are not only skilled but also respectful and willing to explain things clearly. Overall, a really great experience.

I honestly would not recommend living here. The gates have never worked the entire time we lived here. Not once. There is zero sense of security which is frustrating considering you’re paying to live in a “gated” community. On top of that we had packages stolen and not just once. A tenant had apparently been stealing packages from the entire building for months. When we finally caught her on video and provided clear footage and evidence to the office Melanie was informed and nothing was handled with any urgency. It was incredibly disappointing to feel brushed off when this had been affecting multiple residents. Vehicle break-ins have also been an issue and at this point one car has even been stolen. The only positive thing I can genuinely say is that maintenance has always been efficient and kind. Any request we put in was handled quickly and the maintenance team was always pleasant in our interactions. As for management if you need something actually handled don’t expect much! There was a consistent lack of accountability and follow through. It felt like concerns were minimized instead of addressed. Oh and if you move out they’ll make false claims about your space because they just want some money! Save your time, money and peace of mind. There are better places to live where safety and resident concerns are actually taken seriously.

Melanie Maria and Anabel are the best leasing office ladies!! They are always smiling and willing to help with anything. They are professional as well 5 stars for them.. I'm a vendor and I enjoy coming to these apartments. Install washer and dryers and the properties always clean they are very spacious

We have lived at Lakeside Villa for two years on the 3rd floor and have loved our one bedroom apartment. We have a great view from building 14 looking North. We now have a 1st floor apartment with two bedrooms. We feel safe here, the price is right for my husband and I. We have a garage for our EV and love the management here. Maintenance is great. We looked at several apartments in the area and this one still was the best fit for us. Our doggy will have a little yard also which is a win.
