Lucy in the leasing office is always so kind and helpful. She’s always willing to assist with a smile and makes everything easier. The apartments are also in a great and safe area. I’m really happy with the service and the overall community

It's in a quiet neighborhood that is close to my kids school. Lucy is easy to talk to and willing to work with you under any circumstances. She is a real people person. Maintenance is quick and easy.

I would give this place ZERO STARS! This place is unacceptable, Roaches everywhere plus neighbors looking inside your car at night. The maintenance and front office will enter your apartment without you knowing or with out giving you a heads up. Take maintenance forever to fix anything. Last thing the apartment always had a smell to it that never went away

⭐️ If I could give 0 stars, I would. When I first moved in, roaches completely took over no matter how clean I kept my home or how many times I requested pest control (which ended up being weekly), the problem never went away. On top of that, my downstairs neighbor was a hoarder, and the stench of garbage and urine seeped into my apartment daily. It was so severe that I had to involve city officials and Adult Protective Services. Instead of taking accountability, management only offered to move me at my own expense, which was unreasonable. To make matters worse, there were holes in the roof that caused water leaks, ruining many of my belongings. Over time, my daughters and I began to get sick from the conditions, and we were forced to move out for the safety of our health. This property is unlivable. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Honestly, the city should consider shutting them down.
