Had some maintenance issues and they really helped me out. This is the 2nd manager I’ve seen in 6-7 months but she was so helpful and honest about what could be done. It was worth a review!

Went and toured here after looking at some near by apartments. They were nice and the rent is moderate. I was so impressed because one of the ladies showed me multiple apartments because they have like 3 models. My lease isn’t up for another 4 months so I told them I would definitely be following up soon. Miss. Olivia & Miss. Romona are some of the most patient people I’ve ever dealt with. Shopping for apartments can be so stressful and uncomfortable but they were so nice. I’ll definitely be a tenant soon.

My daughter has lived there and renewed her lease promising $1500 gift card which never happened. It is my understanding that this is definitely false advertising and she is definitely very disgusted and disappointed in the management team there. She has also encountered other tenants that are going through the same situation please do something about it contact corporate office or whatever you have to do to make it right for tenants.
