After searching several options around North, Central and South Arlington, I am so blessed to have found the Franciscan. Unlike so many other rental properties in the area, it is well maintained and the property management truly makes an effort to go above and beyond for their tenants. If you’re interested, ask for Jayme. Thanks to her, after struggling to find something up to my standards and in my price range, I found a cozy place to call home!

We unfortunately decided not to move, however I had such a positive experience with Jayme, I wanted to say something. My wife and I were looking for a transitional place while our house is being remodeled, and Jayme was very helpful. She was extremely kind to my children, and patient with my wife’s 100 questions 😂 The property was nice, and exactly what we needed, we just decided it was more smart for us to hold off on the renovations. Will definitely be coming back to Jayme when we are ready.

Do not move here. They need to burn luxury off their sign bc it’s an absolute lie. Nothing luxury about this place not even a blade of grass. If you need something fixed you will be waiting well over two weeks for the smallest things. Oh and don’t worry about the talking to the office staff. They ain’t gon do a thing! None of them are helpful. And the manager and assistant manager be acting like they so busy. They will never call you back. And they are some condescending jerks. Oh and be prepared to kill spiders and various bugs on a weekly sometime daily basis. Charging you for pest control and nobody is ever there doing pest control ever.
