Obie helped me so much with my transfer and the move in process. We love living here at the Franciscan of Arlington and we love the Office Staff. Everyone so helpful.

I currently live here and I will say communication is not at its best. Maintenance still is not great. Pools are not taken care of either. Last week I went and it was even worse. Also there are no trash cans? Like why. I am still not happy with this place.

Worse place to live. Wanna charge you for everything when it’s time to leave. And say the “used” ur security deposit towards the fees without letting me know

I gave three stars because upon moving day, my icemaker and stove were not working and I had to wait over five days. You have to stay on top of them if not, you’ll be forgotten. This is there definition of clean.
