Do not rent here. Beware!!!! Surprise surprise no water and maintenance isn’t approved for overtime Update: it’s 7:18 am on 4/9 no water- send help 3:26 PM no water and the assistant is rude as hell 6:30 PM water back Update 4/11- 3 AM no water 6:30 PM water came back 6/1/26 no water since 1:12 PM no updates no further communication. Water came back at 7 6/2/26 no water at 2 AM, water returned at 6PM

They're great at getting people out of the pool and charging them! But fixing the water problem takes forever! I get home from work and there's no water, I go back to work and there's no water! So what now?

Been living here a year I can't wait to leave here the water is literally off now it seems to off every two weeks like clockwork idk at this point why water and sewage is included with this the heat being off and the all night pool parties please don't move here
