The floors need to be replaced and upon moving in there are cobwebs everywhere and they should have spaced out the apartments more u open ur blinds and ur neighbors across you can see in Shon is very caring I do like that and the maintenance team. Also they started to paint the stairs and then never finished the second floor of stairs and it does need to be painted here in the halls. The office rarely answers and they keep putting an insurance charge on our lease every month and we have insurance so irritating and they take forever to fix it.

Nice apartment complex to be the way they are . Apartment just going down hill . Leasing agents don't care . You have to literally go up to office just to get their attention . Communication sucks . I would not recommend this apartments to anyone. Miss the old leasing agents , since they left ... It seems like everybody moving away now that's bad

I normally don't write reviews, but I felt like this one was deserved. It honestly breaks my heart seeing this property being underrated because my experience has been nothing like some of the reviews I've read. I've lived at Debbie lane flats for about 3 years and 4 months, and it has truly been home for me and my children. During that time, I haven't had any major issues. Before moving here, I lived in three different apartment communities, and I never felt the need to leave a review. This community, however, deserves some recognition. The office staff have always been kind, welcoming, and respectful. I don't know them personally, so this review is simply based on my own experience. Earlier this year, when I had my baby, they showed me kindness and understanding during a difficult season of my life, and I'll always appreciate that. The maintenance team also deserves recognition. They always greet me when we cross paths, even if it's just a simple "hello." It may seem like a small thing, but it makes the community feel more welcoming. In other places I've lived, maintenance would come in, fix the issue, and leave without saying a word. Here, they've always been respectful. A When my first lease ended, I actually thought about moving, but my daughter didn't want to leave because she enjoys living here so much. She loves the amenities and being outside, while I'm more of an indoor person. The property has always been well maintained, and I've always felt comfortable living here. The party lounge is spacious, and the apartment layouts are much larger than many others I've seen. I've heard people say the rent is expensive, but when I compare the apartment size, amenities, upkeep, and overall experience with other communities, I personally think the value is there. I recently toured another home with a friend, and afterward my friend told me, "Your apartment is actually nicer than that house," even though the house was listed for around $370,000. It made me appreciate what I had here even more. I know everyone's experience is different, and I'm only speaking from my own. I've always been treated with respect by both the office staff and the maintenance team, and that's why I wanted to share my experience. If you're considering this community, I'd recommend taking a tour and seeing it for yourself rather than relying only on reviews. As I prepare to move out, I wanted to say thank you. Leaving isn't something I really wanted to do, but life sometimes takes us in different directions. This community has been home to my family for more than three years, and I'll always be grateful for that. To everyone on the team, thank you for your kindness, respect, and the way you've treated my family over the years. Please keep doing what you do. Small acts of kindness make a lasting difference, and I truly appreciate everything you've done.

I love it here ! Such a nice quiet well kept community. 10/10. Shon the manager is awesome ! Office staff very kind and helpful.

Even though I haven't officially moved in yet, I had such a great interaction with the staff here. Jocelyn was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. The property looks fantastic
