Copper Chase Apartments has been, without question, the best rental experience I’ve ever had. Shout out to the guy on Reddit that recommended this place! From day one, the ladies in the leasing office have been incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They are sweet and personable, but also professional and firm when it comes to enforcing community rules — which I actually appreciate. It keeps the property clean, quiet, and respectful for everyone who lives here. The community itself is peaceful and full of wonderful neighbors. I genuinely feel safe here. There’s no constant drama, no ongoing crime issues, and no sense of chaos like I’ve experienced at other properties. It’s a calm, well-managed environment. The mail and package process is simple and organized — not confusing or convoluted like other places I’ve lived. That might seem small, but it makes a big difference. Maintenance has been outstanding. Anytime I’ve submitted a request, the crew has been in my apartment within 24 hours to diagnose and fix the issue. They are efficient, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. The pest control you pay fees for is actually effective. It’s rare to find a property where management, maintenance, and the overall community all align this well. I truly love living here and recommend Copper Chase to anyone I know whenever a unit becomes available.

Great property management and timely service when needed, which is rarely. Very quite community, great neighbors and perfect location. Erin and Sandy have been awesome! They are responsive and value the tenants, which is rare nowadays. Great living experience the past 2 years.

I would like to express my gratitude to the wonderful staff at Copper Chase! Erin, Sandy and the maintenance team, have maintained not only the integrity of the property but also manage with compassion for their resident's as well. Prior to moving here, I never experienced a maintenance team respond to request so fast (I am still in shock when I submit request and they show up a few hours later). Living here has been a breathe of fresh air, and I would definitely suggest this property. There are still communities that care about their residents safety, comfortability, and well being. Choosing Copper Chase will change your prospective on living in apartment complexes!

The property is quiet and beautiful with manicured lawns and large trees everywhere. But the staff is the reason I love the place. Erin Morris is the best manager. She is compassionate and helpful above and beyond any problem that has ever arisen for me. George and Eder in maintenance not only are skilled but attend to any problem in a very timely manner and with a smile.
