The manager and the people working in the office are very nice, my requests have been fixed in a promptly manner.

My bf and I paid $300 for a security deposit. They showed us the 1 bedroom and the 2 bedroom. After they took our money, they told us that they only had a studio available. Not only did we lose $300, the studio they showed us was terrible. Outdated, creepy and haunted looking, all the way in the back near a bunch of a/c’s and downstairs underneath someone’s stairs. Don’t waste your time on a second chance apt. Just suck it up and save a full deposit for a real apt. They don’t plan on renting to you anyways, promise. And if they do accept you, you’re exactly the type of person they’re looking for. Do with that info what you will. I’m gonna consider it a blessing I didn’t rent there but mostly bothered that I obviously just paid $300 to be told 1 and 2 bed isn’t available. And then showed a studio. What was the point. ??? To just give away $300 for free ?

This place is absolutely amazing! The property is currently being beautifully remodeled, offers very reasonable pricing, and truly provides a welcoming environment. A very special thank you to Ana and Jazmine for everything you do to help support our veterans. You both are genuinely incredible human beings, and your compassion, professionalism, and dedication do not go unnoticed. If anyone has anything negative to say about this property, they are simply mistaken. As a proud Navy Veteran, I personally salute the both of you for the outstanding work you continue to do. Keep up the phenomenal work — it is truly appreciated!

Great management and security property is always peaceful and enough parking also they have very spacious units

Got me in and approved very quickly. Ana is very understanding and patient. She accommodated all my needs. Prices are reasonable. The environment is quiet. If you put a work order in they get it taken care of.
