I just moved into my new loft here at Campus Walk and I'm incredibly impressed. The property is under management. The property is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is just what I needed. A special shoutout to the office staff: super friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They made the transition seamless and stress-free. I'm excited to settle in my new adventure in my loft! Thank you again Amparo & Miranda.

To all future residents of Campus Walk, please note that the property is under new management, and it has been a very positive change compares to before. Different from previous management, The lady Ms. Garcia from the new team is professional, responsible with any issues that arise and she knows what she is doing. She was really helpful on everything you need and was there to help you out. The maintenance will be there in 24-48 hours if you request anything. While the community may not be high-end, it is a pleasant place to live with very friendly neighbors. And here is also good for UTA students who want a quiet and safe space within walking distance to campus!!!

I vote one star because I would not recommend anyone to stay here Pros: I was fortunate to live in one of the recently updated units, which featured several modern touches. The bathroom was particularly nice, with a spacious shower, updated sink, and a large, well-lit mirror. Closet space was adequate, featuring convenient sliding doors. The cabinetry offered a fair amount of storage, though some cabinets were unfortunately damaged or not thoroughly cleaned prior to move-in. The kitchen had new tile flooring and a stylish chandelier, adding a nice aesthetic touch. While the appliances were older, the refrigerator worked well and kept items exceptionally cold. The upstairs area offered a reasonable amount of space, making the overall layout functional. Cons: The most significant issue during my stay was the persistent roach problem. Despite maintaining a clean living space, pests were still present, which may point to a larger issue within the complex. Another major concern was the lack of adequate cooling. The unit only had an air conditioning system downstairs, which made the upstairs unbearably hot during the summer months. I invested in two high-end cooling fans ($200 each), but they were not sufficient to cool the space effectively. Lastly, I experienced issues with management. There were delays in billing, such as receiving water bills months late, and an incorrect application fee was charged well after my lease had begun. Maintenance requests, including pest control, often required multiple follow-ups before any action was taken.

The new management and office staff are attentive to needs that tenants have concerns about. I have previously had a pest issue and they were on it right away and left notices in advance. They asked if there were any other concerns and had and helped me resolve issues and come up with the best options for myself. I’ll be moving due to a job offer I’ve received but I wish I could take my loft with me. I love the idea of this loft and it feels like a humble abode. This is my first place on my own and I hope when I move that I find a place like this one with staff like this Update: (2 years later) this place steals money from people, keep ALL receipts are read your lease carefully. Christina at the front office continuously harassed me coming to my door and Alice would peak in through my front window while I was home on my couch. They would not have pest control remove their shoes when they came in and would scuff up the downstairs floors while leaving stains on my upstairs carpet. Maintenance brought me a broken fridge to replace my fridge and it would freeze and ruin all my refrigerated foods and left scratches all over my floor. They refused to fix the mold in my previous apartment and told me I had no choice but to upgrade and pay more. Come here if you don’t make a lot of money in the Campus Walk lofts, keep your home clean because this place got roach infested and the only thing they would do was give you traps instead of scheduling pest control when you actually need it. They also sent me a fake affordable housing application and lost my original lease. So I kept getting these outrageous charges and pending charges they would make up. I moved and broke my lease because I became wheelchair bound and couldn’t use my stairs to get up to my bedroom and they would not be ADA compliant and move me into a wheelchair accessible apartment and they have no wheelchair access to even get to their office.
