My experience as a new and first time Renter has been nothing short of wonderful. From the first time I drove in to make enquiries to finally moving in almost a month ago has been great. Sissy and the team have given me a 5-star customer experience I will not forget easily and quickly. I have been engaged each step of the way. I will come back after 3 months with further updates and photos. I recommended The Landry Apartments to you. They have a bouquet of offerings included in their base rent which is a class above other places. What I will call a one-stop shop.

I’ve been living here since May, and I truly love the community. The maintenance team is excellent—they handle requests quickly and efficiently. Communication with the management team has also been great; they are responsive and very helpful. Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience

Moved here in july and have had a relatively pleasant experience. Office staff is kind and responsive, work orders are completed within the next day of putting them in. Only complaints are a slight pest problem, the complex should look into a more effective pest control company and parking can sometimes be a hassle, but besides that the complex is quiet and affordable.

Hello resident and people looking for a place to live The Landry is the place some may complain but your own experience is the best, and the best way to find out is to live here I have been a resident for over 11 years no problem with roaches rats or any type of bugs my request with maintenance has always been within 24hrs unless there is a emergency and then the on site maintenance will be there right away you will deal with pleasant staff in the office. The pool area is always clean, and the grounds are kept up. No stray dogs. A very safe environment for a Family or a Single person so check out The Landry and see for yourself.

Don’t bothering coming here. It’s roach infested and they will send you a $500 bill after you move out. They charge for cleaning and damages and claim that it’s their standard procedure even if you cleaned the unit and didn’t damage. Veronica, the property manger, is incompetent and so is her team, not to include the maintenance team. They were really nice. Proof the unit was left cleaned and in good condition when I left.
