Bad experience. I've been reporting for two months that the hot water is leaking 24/7, and they keep putting it off. It's been leaking even more water for a month now, and the electricity bill is extremely high because the hot water is leaking daily. They refuse to fix anything, and the rent is 1363 for a one-bedroom apartment. The service is terrible; I really don't recommend them. They're going from bad to worse.

I want to share that at the Brixton property I was treated very kindly and the apartments are in good condition. It also has a lovely backyard perfect for relaxing.
