This has been the absolute worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. The staff completely ignores maintenance requests, emails, and phone calls — it’s like they don’t care at all. The manager Brittany promises to get to things done, but always fails to do so. The appliances are cheap and constantly breaking down, and when you ask for repairs, nothing ever gets done. On top of that, there are roaches, and management does nothing about it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Alexis is amazing! She went above and beyond to help me during my leasing process. She was super friendly, quick to respond, and made everything feel easy and comfortable. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about helping residents, and Alexis definitely does. Highly recommend working with her!

I came in a day or 2 ago just to get some information about apartment availability and got more than I expected. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I only intended to get some basic info but I was convinced to take a tour of the property. I’m still weighing some options, but have to say that off of representation alone I’m at least strongly considering you guys.

Visited the apartment complex September 2025 and was greeted by the friendliest face ever. Ms.Torres was incredibly helpful and answered every question I had. She also took the time to explain the more detailed aspects of the leasing process, making everything easy to understand. I really appreciated her patience and professionalism—it made a great impression! Can’t wait to sign My lease!

10/10 do not recommend. I have had issues since moving over here. My apartment was not ready on move in day and the next day , it still wasn’t ready. Dirty , unusable toilets , missing microwave door , etc. Till today , my apartment still has things that were never addressed. They also have rats. I have called them multiple times to come get a rat out of my apartment and there’s has also been a couple of times where I had to do it myself. I was told that I can get moved to another apartment , never received any follow ups on it after asking for updates. I have emailed the apartment manager Lucy with pictures and asked for some kind of help , nothing. Parking sucks unless you want to pay for parking. Why should I have to pay to park at my own apartments ? I parked in a free spot and came out hours later and they spray painted it with a reserved spot. Luckily I came out or my car possibly would have gotten towed. Walking through an apartment complex to get to my home with small kids is ridiculous.
