Bardin Place Apartments

I would not recommend Bardin Greene Apartments. My fiancés AC has been out for over a month, and despite multiple maintenance requests and follow-ups, the issue still has not been resolved. Living in Texas without a functioning air conditioner for this long has been extremely uncomfortable, with temperatures inside her apartment regularly reaching the mid-to-upper 80s. What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of proactive communication. The only time I receive updates is when she reaches out to the office herself. During this entire situation, the office has only called her once, and on two separate occasions she was given a time for maintenance to come out, only for no one to show up. Residents should not have to constantly chase management for information regarding a major maintenance issue. Paying rent should come with the expectation that essential services like air conditioning will be maintained in a timely manner and that communication will be transparent and reliable. Not to mention only immediate action came when a email was sent to corporate. And even so i was only given a temporary fix. Unfortunately, that has not been my fiancés experience at Bardin Greene Apartments. If your’re looking to lease here DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Beware before moving here. My apartment had severe mold and roach infestations to the point it honestly felt unlivable. The ceiling was leaking, maintenance cut a hole in it, and left it open for almost 3 weeks without properly fixing it. They also locked me out of my apartment and tried to claim I owed rent, even though I was never properly served with an eviction notice. I’m currently seeking legal action regarding the situation. The complex is poorly maintained, maintenance workers have walked into my apartment without proper notice, and I had to confront them multiple times about it. At one point, my water was off for 3 days, and the only solution they offered was for me to use the model apartment to shower. Overall, this was a horrible experience. Please do your research before signing a lease here.

The staff at Bardin Greene Apartments are very professional and kind. They were able to get me in the same day I called and found me an apartment. I was able to move in the very next day. Andrea walked me through a tour of the complex and helped me sign all documents in no time. The complex is very well up kept and ready to help out anytime. Thank you so much B.G.!

I’ve lived at Bardin Greene Apartments for the past 2 years and have had a very positive experience. I haven’t encountered any major problems, and whenever I’ve needed assistance, it has been handled quickly and efficiently. The office staff is friendly, accommodating, and provides excellent customer service. The rent is also reasonably priced, making it a great value

I’ve had a great experience living here! The community is clean, well-maintained, and feels safe. The management team is always responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which I really appreciate. The location is also super convenient, with everything I need close by. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to call home.
