As a long-term resident, I am deeply disappointed by the noticeable decline in service and communication over the past several weeks. When evaluating apartment living, two factors matter most to me: responsive maintenance and access to the amenities included in my rent. Unfortunately, both have become ongoing concerns. For the second Monday in a row, I have been unable to reach anyone in the leasing office, despite multiple attempts to contact staff. Even more concerning is the continued lack of access to the community pool. Residents were notified through the tenant portal that the pool was open, yet it has remained locked and inaccessible since September. This represents a significant failure in both communication and amenity management. I pay for access to community amenities, and the pool is one of the primary features I actively use. Being charged for an amenity that is consistently unavailable is unacceptable. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and ongoing amenity access issues are causing me to seriously reconsider renewing my lease. Resident retention should be a priority, and if this is the level of service being provided to long-term tenants, it raises serious concerns about the overall resident experience. I hope corporate leadership will review these issues and take immediate steps to improve communication, accountability, and resident satisfaction.

Horrible experience. I’ve been waiting for an update on my application for a week now. No one answers the phone !!!! & when they do, they will hang up and never call back or don’t answer when you call back. I’m really thinking this is some type of joke. After calling 100x with no response and no real updates, on my application , I don’t want to live here anymore! I’ve heard every excuse on why they can’t check the status from “My system is down” to “I’m not sure , let me get your Name and number and I’ll get back with you“ . (& never get back with you), Be aware please.

Been here 6 years and disappointed with management. Requested a transfer to a smaller unit in Dec 2025, paid a $50 transfer fee, and they even scheduled a walkthrough in April. Then they suddenly denied the transfer saying I never gave notice, even though I had discussed it for months. Now I lost the $50 and had to renew at a higher rate. Poor communication and frustrating experience.
