Was visiting: aptmts are spacious, very nice inside, patio doors are a bit drafty, stairs a bit steep, close to a lot of thing stores, places freeway etc.

That took care of me met me at all. My needs the staff super helpful. Nice environment couldn’t ask for more for Gaby. She is super helpful.

The manager has changed and she has been making great improvements on the property. Both assistant manager and the manager make sure to handle all of my needs in a timely manner.

DEFINITELY would NOT recommend signing a single lease here, Nathalie is a rude disgusting customer service lady, they don’t do maintenance despite numerous times of being asked to fix the problem, they lie constantly and they charge you for pest control despite not spraying, the entire apartment complex looks unclean and unkept and the mere fact that they ignore the roach problem is ridiculous! 0/5 STARS!

The management and staff at this property is outstanding. Nathalie was able to process my items and get me approved within 2 days, she was very clear, helpful, and friendly. I also met Felicity and she is also very kind and helpful. You can tell they work hard to make this property comfortable for residents. I did not end up moving here for personal reasons, but if you need a place to go they will welcome you with open arms! I truly admire the staff for that reason. Thank you Felicity and Nathalie! :)
