HEALTH RISK. They DON’T have a “No smoking policy.” You’ll live breathing SMOKE from your neighbors. New neighbors moved to the first floor and my apartment is full of smoke. I am sick and barely breathing without coughing because of that. I went to talk with the manager and she didn’t do anything. They said they don’t have a no smoking policy so they will send an email. That’s it!! Don’t come here if you care for your family. It’s so infuriating that even my clothes and carpets are smelling like smoke. I can’t stop coughing and my asthma is getting worse. Who’s going to be responsible for that???

My leasing experience was absolutely amazing. Eric M. and David C. helped me every step along the way while accommodating all my needs. There were even last minute hiccups that would have stressed me out but they smoothed out the rough patches making it easier to manage.

Dakota has been so awesome when I need to do a payment plan for my rent. I never felt more at home as I do now I am on my 2nd year now leasing here. And as far the team there in the office are great Miss Genesis is always there to help along with meeting the manager Miss Maggie thank you for all you do trying to keep are apt safe and clean of trash outside appreciate very much.
