I would give 5 stars for the manager. She is great! The older apartments for too much money maybe 3 stars. Over all a good experience

I love living at Spruce Hill apartments. Property manager Lynne has always answered emails and text messages promptly! The location is perfect. Close to town yet in a lovely quiet, woodland setting. Maintenance service is good. The only issue I have had was a young guy next door who played music a bit too loud. Lynne addressed the issue immediately and got it resolved! Having said that, the apartments are well built and I never hear neighbors. The residents here are quiet and respectful. Love Spruce Hill!

My wife and I had lived here for 6 years and it was woderful! Lynne is wonderful to work with and does everything she can to make sure you are taken care of. I have recommended Spruce Hill to friends and family in the past, and I will continue to do so!

Great place to live! Very peaceful and quiet. I’ve enjoyed meeting the neighbors everyone is so nice and respectful. I love my patio and having a little space to garden and decorate ❤️

I've been here going on three years, and I love being here.its peaceful, and lynne is a great property manager. Anytime anything needed fixed, she didn't hesitate to get maintenance on it. The maintenance team is great as well, they are always looking out for the tenants! I love living here.
