Going on 4 years living at Victory Place, we have never had any major issues, any small things are always addressed efficiently and timely. Our property manager, Karah, has been understanding and genuine, and the maintenance guys (Ron & Chuck) are always friendly and personable.

The staff (Karah, Ron and Chuck) and townhomes are everything you could want and more! Tucked away on a quiet road with an attached garage! I have lived here for 4 years and counting and wouldn’t have it any other way!

This is by far THE BEST place I have stayed for a decent price compared to what is provided in the unit along with the management and maintenance team! 💙💙 I have lived here with my family for 2 years now and will be signing our lease for a third year. The management team is very consistent and reliable. The maintenance team is very respectful of my home when they enter. They have a place on the app for you to request maintenance work and a place to enter any special requests or instructions. They comply completely. I feel very safe here and have ZERO complaints! The staff are also very personable. My birthday is on July 13th and a happy birthday card was dropped in my mailbox! I don’t know many places that will do that if any at all! Also, the unit is pretty spacious with a washer and dryer provided (not just a hook up but an actual washer and dryer in the unit) dishwasher, 2 car garage, full bathrooms in both bedrooms and a half bath downstairs etc. I can’t stress enough how great my transition from Pennsylvania to Ohio has been and it’s all thanks to where I live and the things in the unit that makes my life soooooo much easier! Karah, Ron, and Chuck have gone the extra mile to welcome us and so until we buy a house we will continue to be here.
