Greg has been so kind, timely, and efficient with all (though minimal) maintenance needs that have arisen while I have been at SOMO. I couldn’t ask for a better support team!

We lived at SOMO for four years and absolutely loved it. The location is fantastic; it's close to so many restaurants, shopping, and activities, and it's conveniently located near the freeway no matter which direction you're headed. I commuted to Michigan for work, and getting on the freeway every morning was quick and easy. The staff has always been incredibly kind and helpful, and the maintenance team is top notch. Kevin and Henry respond to service requests quickly and even follow up afterward to make sure everything is working properly. That level of care really stands out. The gym is nice and has everything you need for a solid workout, although it could use a few upgrades. The pool is always clean and well maintained. One of our favorite features is the public trail behind the apartment. It's so well maintained that it feels like a private walking path. We walked there almost every day while we lived at SOMO, and even after moving out, we still go back because it's such a beautiful trail. Every walk comes with wildlife sightings; we regularly saw deer, ducks, cranes, and rabbits, and even spotted a fox and a muskrat once. The only real downside is the parking. Unless you pay for a garage, you'll be parking outside. There were plenty of times when I got home from work and had to park at the hotel because there weren't any open spots at the apartment. It could definitely be improved. That said, the excellent staff, great amenities, convenient location, and beautiful surroundings far outweigh the parking inconvenience. We truly enjoyed our four years at SOMO and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.
