Have been very happy here. The mantience is also on top of things. Charlie, one of their mantience workers was very fast and efficient with any issue we have had as well! Have been here for 6 years thus far and still very happy with everything đź‘Ť

Just moved in, so I can't speak to the long-term experience yet, but based on the location, affordability, facilities, management, and move-in process, I'd give this place 5 stars. The rent is competitive without feeling overly inflated. The property is clean, reasonably well maintained, and in a convenient location with easy access to shopping, downtown, parks, and major highways. Tina and Hannah in the leasing office have been great throughout the application and move-in process. As with any property management company, there are forms and requirements to work through, but they were clear about what was needed and when. They were also responsive, helpful, and willing to work with me as long as communication stayed open. Overall, this seems like a solid option if you're looking in the area. It's affordable, offers good value for the price, and the move-in process was smooth and relatively stress-free.

5/5 10/10 through out our whole process from the very beginning the Tina and Hannah were extremely friendly and helpful. I probably called them at least 10 times in one day and their positive attitudes never wavered. My wife was home with the kids and the hot water malfunctioned, she waved out one of the maintenance crews and within minutes they got the hot water running. Safe to say my daughter had the shower she wanted!!

I just moved in and I feel so welcomed already. Everything in the apartment was clean and working well when I moved in. My pup loves the dog park and all the open space. I love natural light as well and this windows let in a lot! I’m also super happy with all the information that was provided before moving in and upon move in I feel like I was super informed and prepared for moving!
