I've been living in my "luxury" 2bd for 4 years now. My apartment was very clean I also had clean/new like carpet upon moving in. maintenance comes shortly after anytime I call, I've had a couple issues here & there but the property manager has always did her best with working any issues out, she's approachable & easy to communicate with & is understanding. The area is very nice, quiet, there's good schools, also numerous shops & restaurants aeound. 9/10 highly recommendable.

Management needs to fire the landlord! She’s unprofessional and so lazy! She’s messy and befriends all of the YOUNG tenants, and does not care for the elders that have been staying here for 10 plus years! Won’t fix anything in the apartments/condos, maintenance men are verbally abusive and she condones bullying if you have children! Not a safe space! The upkeep on the yards (of people she doesn’t like) is disgusting, she sits and FaceTimes her tenants being unprofessional, and “allegedly” smokes her w33d pen on the clock! This is N O T the place to stay at, currently trying to find a new place for my grandparents all because of the landlord. 0/10❗️❗️❗️

Do not, and I mean DO N O T come stay at carriage hill apartments! The landlord is unprofessional, when she’s mad at the tenants (my grandmother , and OTHER tenants she doesn’t like) she will turn off your hot water, not come fix your AC, and allow your roof to leak without being fixed❗️❗️❗️❗️she will also send her maintenance man to harass elderly people, get in their face (as you can see he’s so close you can’t even see his full body) and call the cops making crazy accusations that aren’t even true❗️ my grandparents are pushing their 80s and are being treated poorly by this landlord and maintenance men! The landlord is mad at my grandparents for something they have no control over❕❗️❕(beef with 30 year old neighbor across the street who’s son bullies little boys and girls!) this is not a safe place for anyone over the age of 35! The landlord is so messy she has her boyfriend come and handle HER “problems” and has her maintenance men threaten elderly people with 30 day evictions, even though my grandmother has been here for over 10 years, and my grandmother has also been the landlord here in the past! They won’t come fix her garbage disposal, fix her ac while my grandfather is sick on dialysis, and she has issues with her memory! They won’t patch her ceiling that’s been leaking for months, and they turned off her power while she has 3 deep freezers with 1k worth of ground beef, steaks, chicken, pork, etc, so everything thawed out on her and spoiled! Once again, do not rent here! It’s messy, non livable, and the landlord AND maintenance men will harass you if they get “irritated” with the tenants❗️❗️❗️ especially elders❗️❗️ my grandparents aren’t the only ones who are going through this here, it’s MULTIPLE people who’ve spoken up🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

The woman who answered the phone knows how to make a lasting impression. This happened almost a month ago and I still remember how condescending and rude she was to me. I recently got a promotion and was moving from out of state. I came into town for a multiple appointments I had in town and a few canceled. I was still looking for an apartment so I can learn the area more. When I called I thought I was given the wrong number how the phone was answered. I ask if they had any one or two bedrooms available and I was fine with either. I did not mention I would be making the 2nd bedroom my home office. Not having a 2nd bedroom would not be a deal breaker for me. This condescending rude woman started lecturing me how to look for an apartment like I was an eighteen year old who never left home before. Lady if you reading this I’m almost Fifty years old I moved over 10 times my adult life for my career. I am not paying well over $150k a year in rent (just an estimate I calculated ) to be disrespected like that. After reading the reviews about this place I have very satisfied I found another place that treats people with professionalism, politeness, empathy, kindness and most respect. After reading the reviews on here shows this management company have none of these qualities. If I was management over you I be sending you to be retrained and insist you get therapy or new employment. You clearly don’t like working with the public.

Maintenance is HORRIBLE!!! They never fix anything and if they do fix something its half done and needs to be fixed 2 or 3 more times. High turn over in managment and very RUDE!!! There is mold and mildew in the apartments...and I was literally told by the proper manager, as long as it's not black mold she's not concerned...not a good place to live! Adding some new details. My carpet is over 20 years old and they refuse to replace it even though it's thin and worn out, sink is leaking again (it's been "fixed") at least 8 times and I'm not exaggerating. There is mold under the kitchen floor due to the leak under the sink. Instead of removing the flooring they put a floor "sticker" over the flooring. I have a dead bird in my attic (this is the 2nd one) because they won't fix the hole they are coming through. My stove isn't working properly. They were supposed to give us a new one years ago. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They don't care at all! Only thing they do is manicure the yard so they can give the impression that they care. I can not wait till my son graduates high school so I can move!!!!!
