Windsor Place Apartments

I lived in this apartment for 2 years and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Reletively cheap rent in an absolutely thriving environment, minutes from grocery stores, the mall, and all the retail you could desire. John & Dave, the apt manager and maintence man, are salt of the earth folk and quickly respondent to apartment maintenence needs. Apartments themselves are older and have their problems (flooding occurred once in 2 year tenure, electricity bills were anywhere from $70-300 depending on the season due to poor insulation). Highly recommend for first time renters or students.

Air does not work

I enjoyed living here for past 2 years in a one bedroom and one bathroom unit. The location is near a lot of stores, parks and right off the highway which was nice. Very quiet and tranquil environment with lots of green. A lot of the neighbors were friendly. I never had a problem getting a hold of management for putting a ticket in. There’s a peloton in the club house which is cool. Overall, I’d recommend checking it out if you’re interested in living in north canton

Outstanding! Great response time on any service request. Management is onsite and works to know tenants and is very available for them. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the pool is kept in outstanding condition. It is my pleasure to reside here!
