Tower In The Park

All my requests have been completed accept the refridge. Very pertinent for my v efficiency in the kitchen. Also, has the lock been removed from my locker yet?

I have been in this apartment since March as a pregnant woman this is the worst place you could be in * Persistent cigarette and marijuana smoke infiltrating your apartment * Water being shut off without advance notice * Recurring leaks that came from floors up all the way to the first floor have led to gnats or other pest problems. * Repairs that began immediately after moved in, suggesting ongoing maintenance issues. * lights constantly shutting off till close to midnight * elevators constantly down having to take flights up and down stairs * maintenance coming in apartment and not cleaning afterwards leaving rust and stuff everywhere

For the last several months, we have been without power more than three times. Yesterday was the last time. After opening my email today, I noticed a $50 late fee posted to my account for paying my rent on the third, which is when the government deposits our retirement and widow's benefits. The audacity of these people to charge a late fee and cause us to be without power multiple times in the last two months is unacceptable. How do we get reimbursed for our food going bad because of your electricity issues? Shame on you!

We moved here a month ago and the complex is so beautiful and well taken care of. It’s clean and quiet. If you have any issues Debbi is a joy to talk to and the maintenance team handles and fixes issues fast and well. We truly love it here so much. The people that live here are so so friendly as well. Overall it’s a great place to live and we’re very glad we stumbled upon tower in the park. It’s a completely different environment from our last place
