I moved in at the end of June and the process was quick and went smoothly. Management are nice and helpful if I have any questions. The property is well kept always looking nice. And the Neighbors seem nice and welcoming. I also feel safe taking my dog out at night. So far so good. think I found my new home.

Do not apply here! These people are taking money from applicants then denying them for things like 20 yr old misdemeanors. (Which are not even asked about in the application to apply. Felonies are) so I get the denial email after a week and it says criminal so I call they tell me call corporate no answers so I call the background check people who tell me the people at Parkside had contact with corporate and have the information about the denial they just told me they didn’t have. So now I call back and request the policy for how they rent out in writing to which I get the phone handed from one lady to the other and given every excuse in the world to divert from the fact that I asked for a copy of their plolicy(in writing) literally not answering me anymore unless it’s to say they will redirect me back to corporate even tho everyone has told me that these were the people to deal with and how they will not email or give me a physical copy of any policy that says you can be denied for misdemeanors. This place is poaching off people who desperately need a place to live in this city. My son is going into second grade and has autism and is already all set up in this county and this city to be enrolled in his academics. These people are preying on others for free money. DO NOT APPLY

Living at Parkside Towers was one of the best choices I made. Darlene makes you feel at home and is so sweet. Jessie and the rest of the management always maintained the property to ensure the apartment building was clean. They have 2 floors with laundry machines, which are usually available most of the time. Trash was always taken out, and I felt safe walking around the apartment. I never had stolen mail from the mailroom. I also liked that the location was so convenient to many grocery stores and the freeways. Highly recommend this apartment.
