Kevin and his brother are the best! Super attentive, communicative, and just pleasant to have as landlords. We’ve had really bad experiences with past landlords so to have guys like these is a blessing. You can’t go wrong living here!

The new owners are great. They really came through when we didn't have a lot of housing options. They were patient and respectful the entire process. Super easy to talk to and were always there to answer questions. My daughter stayed here and I never felt unsafe or worried for her, knowing that Kevin and Steve were there to help. Thank you guys

I previously rented an apartment here for grad school at BWU. It was a pretty nice place, I would say the price is very fair for what you get. Kevin the landlord helped me with the lease, he is a pleasure to work with. If you are searching for a place close to campus I recommend you look here! Personally I loved the a) modernized apartment look b) close parking lot c) option to bring pets d) walk to campus

Do not live here. They try to hide the black mold by spray painting it white. They also will come into your apartments and steal your stuff then have you write a reflection on it HAHA
