Only gave one star all I can do. These are bad people, promise you the world while you apply once your in all kinds of surprise charges. Rent is high for no pool, they bost about amenities and at their leisure remove them , just got letter on door they are removing storage lockers and if you don't move you things they will remove them at your expense? Like I stated earlier # (Bad Money Grubbing People)!!! Wealthy people need to remember how they got were they are, from hard working people's money! Pass Camelot apartments by in your search for a nice place to live! Because you won't find it here and you will be sorry. Joseph Brown

There are more things to consider when looking at these newly renovated apartments. A one year lease was enough to know that all that is pretty during a walk through does not mean the upkeep with appliances and smoke detectors are kept in working conditions. Example: Dishwasher kept leaking while running cycle despite being serviced many times. Smoke detectors would pop down from ceiling and needed attending to several times. Short circuiting when using appliances occurred more than often on a daily basis. Code violations with regards to property maintenance should be considered before renting in this apartment. They will charge the tenant despite those regulations. Example: Charging for replacement blinds that break due to dry rot from storage. Any communication using the Henry app for communication between tangents and office agents should always be screenshot in case you need to prove verbal agreements that occur after hours or during the weekends. The management company legal representation wants to deduct the amount from the deposit despite the clerical errors by the leasing staff that was admitted by their own staff. We are currently disputing $35.00 to reissue a deposit refund. Leasing agents at the Parma Ohio are friendly but do not have proper training regarding refunds of deposits and correcting contract mistakes. Do not take their verbal agreements to fix anything as being honorable. I hope this review will shed light on anyone who is considering renting with the company in the future. It is not just a place to live but also a relationship of trust between the leasing company employees and tenant.

Just moved here, the Office and Staff members are so friendly and helpful. The building is always clean.

Coming from a current renter that's getting ready to leave within the next week literally DO NOT rent here, they look nice yes, but EVERYTHING is cheap and breaks even the appliances. Walls are super thin you can hear everything even your next door neighbors conversation! And if you're lucky enough like me you'll have an upstairs neighbor that no matter what you do, how politely you ask, will stomp through-out the SUPPOSED "quiet hours" they have. (10pm-8am) Mind you! The upstairs neighbor proceeds to taunt you by stomping and tapping the floor louder, SO They tell you, "call emergency maintenance" and then guess what?? YEHA they will do absolutely NOTHING about it at all. That along with my dishwasher leaking everytime it's used even after they replaced it with an entire new one, blinds breaking off just by trying to open them, circuits cutting short everytime I use a certain outlet, and personally my favorite inconsiderate neighbors that don't follow any rules or respect the washrooms/quiet- hours/or building!! Are all reasons to stay FAR away from this place (also they do not ice the walk ways or parking lots without us tenants complaining about it first) Trust me you can literally get a house or a better quality apartment with the price of rent except you'll actually enjoy residing there! :)

The ladies that work in the leasing office are professional and friendly. They truly love their residents.
