Braymor is a great opportunity to get very affordable housing within walking distance of the University of Akron. Jack has a deep care for your security and you're property. Very quick to fix maintenance issues and has great communication with his tenants.

Would recommend renting through Braymore if you’re a student at The University of Akron! It was a great experience working with Jack this year - plenty of communication, repairs were completed timely, and the house was in great condition!

Houses are nice and Jack took care of any issues very quick and efficiently. Would recommend going through Braymor for housing needs!
