We have thoroughly enjoyed living here for the past couple of years and we’re only leaving because we’re moving out of state. The apartments are beautiful and the management team is top notch! The building is clean, well maintained and is convenient to great shopping, restaurants, movie theater and a Whole Foods. Highly recommended!

Fantastic! Let me preface this by saying I lived at The Vue first. Ugh. That was a mistake. My experience at 4th & Park couldn't have been more different. Mary and Joe have been the general manager and maintenance manager at 4th & Park since the day it opened. That says everything. They make the experience amazing. In contrast, there must've been 30 managers at The Vue over the same period of time. (That's not a typo.) Thus, the experience at The Vue was terrible. The apartments at 4th & Park are well built. The common areas are perfect. The weight room is small but never busy. The heated, indoor parking garage protects you from the cold in the winter. (The only thing missing is a pool.) And living in Pinecrest, you are surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. Whole Foods is literally 100 yards away. And Pinecrest (like 4th & Park) is run like a well-oiled machine. Safety and security are second to none. I'd still be living at 4th & Park if I wasn't moving to Florida. Even Joe Flacco lived at 4th & Park while he was a Brown. So if it’s good enough for Joe, it’s good enough for you.

4th & Park has been the best living experience I have had in an apartment complex, by far! Between the amenities they offer that benefit both me and my puppy, and the ability to enjoy pinecrest every day, I honestly have never been happier!
