Good and clean

My wife and I lived here for roughly 3 years and of the 3 years we lived in BLACK MOLD and a leaking bathtub that dripped down onto the lights in the kitchen and leaked out of the poorly unsealed cabinets in the kitchen. The landlord tried to gaslight us and tell us we caused the mold however the mold came from the door that lead to the back porch... It was not sealed from the outside properly and caused a lot of mold growth as well as the ventilation system was caked in mold. They do absolutely nothing to repair anything. When you call the maintenance after hours line its always full so you can not leave a message even if its an emergency. Horribly managed town homes.

I actually have a question ? Roughly how long is the waiting list for 3 bedrooms
