move into these apartment complexes if you want to deal with mold, As well as a maintenance team who does not pick up after themselves, I’ve brought this pressing issue to their attention multiple times telling them that it was a safety hazard for me and my two-year-old daughter that lives with me as well we haven’t even been able to live in the apartment for over a month now because of the ongoing mold issues that they refuse to fix I’m paying 13 almost $1400 a month for an apartment that I can’t even live in that’s inhabitable because of this ongoing black mold issue because of the mold in the This has been the most unprofessional maintenance team that I’ve ever dealt with, refusing to get a mold, technician in there to test and remediate the problem. We immediately knew there was mold as soon as we moved in because of our respiratory issues that we kept dealing with Having random sicknesses, we have gotten her tested and she does have a slight bit of mold poisoning that came back in her blood test. This apartment is not worth $1300. If it is going to put everybody’s health at risk because of the underlying issues that it has along with the unprofessional maintenance team.

Office never responds or answers the phone. Wasted an application fee

I want to start off by saying I paid $50+ for a application fee I supposed I would of been the first person to move into newly renovated 3 bedroom the system on the application kept glitching then further more I kept getting the run around about how it’s errors popping up when trying to run my credit report saying fraud alert credit freeze however, I called all 3 credit bureaus they said no freeze or alerts on my credit this company kept saying it wouldn’t let them run my credit report and I just feel scammed and discriminated Because after I confirmed more than once that there are no freeze or fraud alert on my credit also another apartment complex just recently ran my credit and they had no issues this company denied my application due to that which is very disappointing and I will be contacting BBB THEY DID NOT OFFER ANY RESOLUTIONS!! I even stated that I can request my own credit report from Equifax And bring it to them they said they were not allowed to accept that!!! But after reading the reviews I am no longer upset I wouldn’t have wanted to move into a roach infested complex no way

Great place to live! Affordable for everything that comes included. Washer & dryer in unit. Best part is the office staff. Very friendly and attentive to residents needs. Big Mike great guy for technical problem! But the leasing agent Ashley is a real life saver when it comes to billing issues or needs. I recommend any and every body to check them out

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I was so excited to move into this apartment when I did, and it was my worst renting experience so far. I lived on the second floor, under a maintenance EMPLOYEE of Verandas North, who was on hard drugs. Him and his wife were extremely loud, and would stomp on the floor at all hours of the night. One day I politely asked them to be a little quieter because I was pregnant and was not able to sleep because of them. They retaliated by jumping up and down so hard that the force of the jumps caused dishes in my sink to BREAK. They would also let their large dog pee on their balcony, so that it could fall on mine. The issue escalated so badly that everyday I had to say something about it to the manager, CATHY HALL. Cathy is a terrible excuse of a manager. She knew of my situation and did nothing at all to help me, because the upstairs neighbor was her employee. Mind you I was paying $1600 in rent to be harassed every single day by an employee of Verandas North. Finally, a few weeks after Christmas, and having a newborn, they asked me to leave the apartment with 2 weeks notice because it was easier to let me go than it was to correct her employee. I had video proof of the dog peeing on my balcony, sent her photos of my neighbor breaking my dishes, and sent her videos of how extremely loud they were, and never got help. I could never even type here how terrible my experience was living there because it would be too much, and it was genuinely every single day. Don’t let the pretty kitchen fool you like it did me. These buildings were section 8, and the company was bought out so they pretty much just painted over rotten wood and called it a day and charge a ridiculous amount for rent. There are cockroaches really bad no matter what you do. The plumbing is terrible, had to have my toilet snaked way too often, and they charge you $50 for that when it’s not your fault. And you cannot take a warm shower for longer than 10 minutes. Just please take my word for it and do not live here. I moved on to another landlord after Verandas who has been amazing, and so helpful. CATHY HALL was beyond RUDE, and always made me feel like a problem. Especially don’t live here if you have children. You will get a note on your door from the office with a “warning” for noise over your kids being noisy (just being kids)
