My wife and I have been living at the Residenz since April (she moved in in February) and have loved our apartment. It is a quiet community with a lot of stuff to do around it, and the management and maintenance has been very helpful!

The apartments are old and have wear and tear as expected. However, my first-floor apartment should probably be condemned. My pipes burst twice within 4 months. Someone was sent to dry it out each time, but I'm pretty sure the floor underneath is rotted by now, hence the infestation of centipedes I have. Now, I've requested maintenance for a water stain that I saw on my ceiling. They came to service it and said that they couldn't find an issue, but now the stain is larger and BLACK MOLD is showing up. No wonder I am weezing and have a runny nose every day! I will admit that the staff is super nice and attentive, but the condition of the apartment is not up to code. I'm not sure what they can do about the black mold and rotting ceiling, but I may have to call the health department to come and inspect it 🤔
