This community generally offers spacious apartments with modern fixtures and a friendly, responsive management team, making it a comfortable and engaging place to live, especially for students seeking a social atmosphere. However, some residents have reported issues with maintenance responsiveness, particularly regarding HVAC systems, and occasional concerns about cleanliness and pest control in units and common areas.

Considering this apartment complex has a problem with theft of catalytic converters and the management is doing NOTHING about security, I would steer clear of this place. Not to mention they are in the news. Save your money and go somewhere else that's safer.

PSA to people who are thinking about moving here. I didnot do a proper research and moved here quick which has been a worst mistake I could have done. For living complex with so many staff, I find it very incompetent of them for having this many issues with tenants and little to nothing good reviews. I’ll address a piping issue that’s happening not only in my apartment but sooo many apartments. The AC at our place is not working. My roommate put up a work order on 4th of June. They supposedly sent someone over and marked the work order as closed. I was so happy that they took this matter very seriously and did it timely. However, when I got home nothing was repaired and our AC was still not working. All of us three went over one by one to the leasing office and was told three different things by the office. 1) that the AC guy was fired so they had no one to repair it 2)They needed to buy something for the AC and didnot know when it would be delivered 3)They had no idea what was wrong and were trying to figure it out. I opened a new work order just to keep us in the line. The lady who talked to us was extremely passive aggressive. She clearly told me that we had to wait for maybe 2 weeks. I asked her if they could atleast provide a temporary accommodation/portable ac/credit. While she promised that we were on the waitlist no 3 for the portable AC. She denied both temporary accommodation as well as credit. We waited for two weeks. Last week we got heat advisory and yet our ac still isn’t working. No updates/no follow up nothing. I emailed them around 10am in the morning because my roommate’s blood pressure was increasing and I was dealing with insomnia and heat exhaustion. They didnot reply to my email but finally sent an update to entire tenants saying they’re sorry and they are working hard for all of us. Still no date. This week I’m scared for my well being so I’m writing a review here. Donot lease an apartment here. I have all the proofs/screenshots of dates and what has been told and promised.
