This student housing offers a positive living experience, with many appreciating its proximity to campus, local amenities like parks and restaurants, and the overall sense of safety. While generally well-maintained and offering ample parking, some residents have noted occasional issues with building access for deliveries and noise from nearby emergency services or the clubhouse.

Lived here for 2 years and it was great! Robyn is a great landlady and takes care of the residents very well. Some things to consider (pros and cons): - It's in proximity to the hospital and fire station, so there are pretty frequent sirens in the area - No dogs (imo this is a very positive thing) - Not a lot of crime, but my car got broken into in the lot one time during my stay here (no good camera coverage though) - Close to taco bell - The neighborhood of south park is a great place to walk or run, and has a park you can walk to (~10 minutes) - They plow snow very quickly in the parking lots, but the city is slightly behind on plowing the accessor roads (like a day or so). Parking lots were resurfaced recently - There have been issues with the door breaking occasionally, meaning you can't buzz people in. Amazon drivers can scan to get access to the lobby, but other delivery drivers have to leave packages outside, but Robyn will usually bring these into the mail room - They are building a new project in the lot behind Nathan Pl with a bunch of mixed-density housing and apartments. Not really any construction noise, but it tends to tear up or (very rarely) block the road sometimes - There is a bus stop outside that (very rarely) attracts belligerent or homeless people who yell or get into fights - If you live in 619, people using the Biggby Coffee drive-through will always block the sidewalk from the front door to the parking lot during peak hours (minor annoyance) - Closest gym is either UDayton's RecPlex (mildly expensive) or some place downtown that only has street parking. Planet Fitness @Airway is like ~10 minute drive on 35E Overall, I would certainly stay here again!

1. Robyn is great! Definitely accommodating for residents who are students or on their own for the first time 2. Be mindful that the clubhouse on the 4th floor shares walls with other units so it is very easy to become a noise complaint issue. 3. A bit pricey but very close to Brown St & if you go to UD it is very close in proximity.

I have been here for a month, and everything is good. But one of my friends been here for a year and he suggested it for me.
