This is one of several properties that my husband and I toured with our son, as he was preparing to relocate to the Beavercreek/Fairborn area for work. This is an absolutely beautiful apartment complex, with lots of green space, older trees, and BEAUTIFUL landscaping (I especially LOVE the hanging baskets at the pool). The staff members are very friendly and accommodating. We showed up with no appointment but they squeezed us in for a three apartment tour. The pictures attached are from the model. The one feature that was missing for my son was a garage. Having moved back to Ohio after eight years in Arizona's sunshine and mild winters, he wanted a garage so as to avoid clearing his car of snow and ice before work in the morning during our unpredictable winter months. If a garage had not been a factor, The Enclave would have been one of our top choices for apartments in the area.

Update, 09 September 2024: *Still* an outstanding location, with phenomenal staff. I would be very happy to recommend this as a high-quality location to anyone looking to rent in the Beavercreek area. Not just a great location, close to all the shopping of the Beavercreek area, but also top-quality administration and staff. I'd like to give an extra thanks to Brad from maintenance who replaced my range when it was broken - he's a real professional. Very happy to live here.
